MEMBERSHIPS VARY IN PRICE
  • If you need a lot of requests done at once this is for you
  • Discounted rates for 3 or 6 months and 12-month memberships
  • Might be a better value depending on the request you use. Some services require funds vs the request.
  • Expires after 40 days. Any request remaining after your due date will be discarded. They don’t roll over. You lose them
  • Your requests are a priority if you’re a member
  • Your account becomes inactive and deleted after 2 months of inactivity. If you have funds in your account it stays active as long as funds are in there.

NON-MEMBERSHIP

PAY AS YOU GO
  • Funds stay on account with us no matter your circumstance ( Shu, lockdown, etc.)
  • No need to send in funds and wait for them to clear, you can deduct them from your account as needed
  • You don’t have a time limit to use your request
  • Pay as needed
  • No due date to make a payment

What are request?

Having a membership with a certain amount of requests means that you have a subscription to a service that allows you to make a certain number of requests within a specific timeframe. For example, a  membership may offer 10 requests per month for a set fee. This means that you can submit up to 10 requests for services during that month. If you exceed the limit, you may have to pay additional fees for each extra request or renew your service early. Memberships can be beneficial for those who need regular access to a service and want to save money on individual requests.

How are request calcuated?

Requests for our services are calculated based on each individual service. We provide  your loved ones with a price sheet that breaks down the cost of each service and the corresponding amount of requests it requires. The price sheet includes two columns for members and non-members, with varying prices based on membership status.

What is the request completion like?

Keep in mind that there is not a promised deadline for fulfilling “every” request posted because every request is different. Although most request can be done in a day depending on what it is, & when it is needed, please consider the weekend, & holidays we are not open. Also consider the Facility mail system could cause delays or postal service issues.
