My name is Steven but a lot of people call me “Rome” I’m 36 and I’m over halfway through my 150-month sentence. I struggled with drug addiction which
led me to bad choices and in the end Federal Prison. I lost my mother in 2018 to a drug overdose 5 days prior to my incarceration. I was charged Federally for the Distribution of fentanyl and received 12 1/2 years. My only real relationship had been with the mother of my two children, which was off and on for 13th years. In 2016 we decided we weren’t good for each other because of us both being addicts and went separate ways. We remained close and in 2020 during the pandemic, I received news that she had died in a car accident. After a few years of getting my mind together, I’m finally ready to explore new friendships and a possible relationship, Personality is Key for me, and looks will only take you so far! I am VERY big on loyalty, and trust! My life has been full of pain and struggle and I’ve chosen to turn it into something positive. I write music and am working on my CDL license. I’m also writing a biography/motivational book for struggling addicts and the non-addicted who don’t understand the life and choices of the addicted.
